About
Tablefern helps you decide who sits at each wedding table and print a clear plan for your guests and venue.
What it does
- Round, long and head tables show occupied and available seats.
- Move guests by dragging or tapping. A full table asks you to add a seat before seating another guest.
- Record each guest's side, group, age category, special meal and venue notes.
- Print a seating chart, surname lookup list and venue summary with age and meal counts by table.
- Import a guest list from Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers as CSV, and export it again when needed.
How it works
Tablefern runs entirely in your browser. Guests and tables stay in local storage on this device. There is no account and your guest list is not sent to a server. Clearing site data removes the saved plan. Export CSV to transfer guest and table details; it does not include keep-apart rules, event details or print settings. Different domains and browsers have separate storage.
What it does not do
It does not draw a scaled venue floor plan or assign seats automatically. You decide who sits together. It does not send invitations or collect RSVPs.
Who makes it
Tablefern is part of Toolwoven, an independent collection of practical browser tools that can be used without registration.
